Welcome to Landscapers Hornsey. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making any commitments.

1. Services Provided

Landscapers Hornsey offers a comprehensive range of landscaping services, including but not limited to:

Garden design and planning
Lawn maintenance and care
Planting and garden installation
Hardscaping features such as patios and pathways
Tree and shrub trimming
Irrigation system installation and maintenance
Seasonal clean-ups and debris removal

We strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work
Ensure access to the property during agreed-upon hours
Obtain necessary permissions or permits if required
Communicate any changes in requirements promptly

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment structure is designed to be transparent and fair:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon acceptance of the proposal to secure your booking.
Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be scheduled based on project milestones.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and satisfactory delivery of services.

All payments should be made via the accepted payment methods outlined in your invoice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.
Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule services without penalty if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to availability and additional charges.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be notified promptly, and no fees will apply.

5. Liability and Insurance

Landscapers Hornsey takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our services. However,:

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is free from hazards.
We maintain public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused during our operations.

Clients are encouraged to have their own insurance policies covering their property and belongings.

6. Changes to Services

If a client requests alterations to the originally agreed-upon services, the following applies:

All change requests must be submitted in writing.
Additional costs or adjustments to the project timeline may apply based on the nature of the changes.

We reserve the right to decline changes that are not feasible or would compromise the quality of the project.

7. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

Material breach of terms by either party, provided that notice is given and a reasonable opportunity to rectify the breach is allowed.
Mutual agreement to terminate the contract in writing.

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Landscapers Hornsey operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and designs provided by Landscapers Hornsey, are the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited license to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Force Majeure

Landscapers Hornsey is not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or failure of suppliers.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Landscapers Hornsey and the client. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Landscapers Hornsey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
